11 Ways to Have Fun Being Healthy
Participate in physical exercises that you enjoy doing, not ones you don’t like. The enjoyment is important for your health, and it’s supposed to be fun!
Laugh at least 5 times a day; belly laugh if possible, (go to funny shows, movies, parties) Maybe tell jokes with co-workers, or friends.
Have small amounts of dark chocolate daily, it is an antioxidant and good for your body. But, beware of the sugar content in your chocolate.
Have time in the sun daily, without sunscreen, even if it’s just 5 minutes.
Schedule time to be with friends on a regular basis; doing activities that you enjoy. This will relax your body and mind, promoting health.
Focus on the positive in your life; also when feeling negative emotions, move through them as swiftly as possible. This may mean you talk to a friend, family member or counselor.
Forgive yourself and others. Not forgiving someone else is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die.
Use your brain and memory skills daily, they are like a muscle; you must use them for them to stay strong….
Eat great tasting, real food, and take whole food supplements daily.
Do something you absolutely love at least once a week
Make your decisions based on what you feel is best for you, then trust yourself and let go of any worry or concern. Strive for progress not perfection.
