Three Ridiculously Easy Exercises to do to Stay Energized

Any time you are exercising or stretching your body, it increases blood flow everywhere, and you usually feel better and more alert!  You will also feel energized immediately!

Here are three ridiculously easy exercises.

Inner Winner position: Stand up stand tall with your ears, shoulders, hips, knees and ankles in a straight line. Pull your bellybutton in towards your spine. Breathe. This is the starting position.

Trap Openers: breathe deeply and calmly relaxing your stomach region.

  • Let your head hang loosely forward and gently roll from one side to the other. Using your fingers, gently massage the area just below the back of your head. Move down to the base of your neck.

  • Then relax your shoulders and slowly roll them backwards and forwards. Enjoy for 15 seconds.

Tightrope: stand up in the Inner Winner position with your belly button drawn in. Take a step forward as if on a tightrope. Make sure your knee is over your ankle and not over your toes. Allow the heel of your back foot to lift off the floor. Balance in this position for 20 seconds. Repeat on the opposite side.

Please do give these three exercises a try and see how ridiculously simple it is to increase your blood flow and energize you immediately!
