What Can You Do To Stop the Pain??

Visit Your Chiropractor

Chiropractors specialists at diagnosing and relieving low back pain.

Many people feel instantly better after receiving a chiropractic adjustment!

The spinal adjustment is one of the most familiar treatments offered by chiropractors.  This gently moves the spinal joints, thus improving the functioning and motion of the spine, and reducing inflammation and pain!

Other therapies such as electrical muscle stimulation, corrective exercises, muscle massage and ice or heat  may be used.

Recommended Home Care Treatments for Pain:

  • Ice the area, for 20 minutes, then off for 20 minutes, if a recent injury
  • Heat, (usually with long term pain issue)
  • Rest the area, ie: no heavy lifting or twisting
  • Topical pain relieving gels, preferably homeopathic or herbal
  • Immobilizing the injured area, by wearing a low back brace for a few days
  • Contact your Chiropractor to speed up the pain relief and healing
